Detailed Overview
Customers deploy Linux VPS servers in minutes from a self-service portal, top up their prepaid wallet using mobile money (MTN, Airtel) or card, and manage domains, object storage, firewall rules, backups, and support tickets — all from one clean interface.
eCloud runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure through Hetzner Cloud, with a provider-adapter architecture that allows additional data centre partners to be plugged in as the platform grows. Billing is wallet-based with atomic fund reservation, so customers only pay when a server is successfully provisioned. Every mutation is audit-logged and every payment is reconciled automatically.
The admin platform gives the operations team full visibility into customers, servers, contracts, invoices, wallet transactions, provider inventory, and platform announcements — managed through a Filament-powered control panel.
